- Kite-surf, windsurf or swim in Lake Tiberias, also known as the Sea of Galilee, Israel's largest freshwater lake. According to the New Testament, may of Jesus' miracles occurred on the shores of this lake, including his walking on water. For those who are interested, there are bike and foot paths linking sites central to the lives of Jesus and his disciples. Details TBD and might include raft building. Others can partake in water sports or just relax on the shore.

- Visit Safed, the home of Jewish mysticism and the study of Kabbala, Here we will visit old synagogues and learn the ancient art of writing on scrolls with a “sofer stam." Safed's history can be traced back more than 2,000 years to the time of the second Temple in Jerusalem, and since then, a variety of communities have passed through, resulting in a rich and fascinating history. Safed has also become home to many talented artists whose work can be seen in galleries throughout the Old City.
